Their products are manufactured in a closed-loop production system with zero waste, meaning that they are produced from recycled materials and then at the end of life can be completely recycled again. An untreated product can also be mulched and provide biological nutrients back into the soil.

The exterior poplar siding is certified Cradle to Cradle across all 5 categories: materials health, material reutilization, renewable energy, carbon management, water stewardship, and social fairness.

An OSHA SHARP Certification verifies the company’s commitment to employee health and safety. Employees have flexible schedules, 360 reviews, gym memberships, bicycles, and an on-site kitchen and shower.

SOCIAL EQUITY
Bark House was founded in 1990 and has created an industry and new jobs in the North Carolina Appalachian region. They are committed to providing optimal worker conditions as well.
