Dualcycle is a moisture-absorbent and extremely breathable fabric that combines natural and technical raw materials in a functional, layered textile lock weave.
RESOURCES
Climatex is made with Ramie, a plant cultivated in tropical and subtropical areas; redesigned Lenzing FR cellulose fiber (produced from beechwood); credura, a Cradle to Cradle Unlimited Recyclability polymer fiber; and virgin wool with a certification of origin.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
This product is 100% regenerative. Because of the textile lock technology, it is simple to separate and return the used natural and synthetic materials to their respective cycles in entirety. Manufacturing uses 50% renewable energy, and the dyeing process is powered by 90% renewable energy.
HUMAN HEALTH
The fabric balances temperatures and regulates moisture. Dualcycle’s grid weave increases its flame-retardant nature. Each batch of every material is tested particularly for any insecticide residue, and all chemicals used in the manufacturing process are ensured to be safe for both processors and users.
SOCIAL EQUITY
Climatex has a ban on child labor and exploitation and supports high working standards. Manufacturing processes are certified by the Environmental Protection ncouragement Agency in Hamburg, Germany.
