Each poster represents situations delivery workers face during work.
This project focuses on creating a safe space for delivery workers in NYC. Their work is both dangerous and underappreciated – this project engaged in research around the topic and proposed design tools to raise awareness to support the delivery workers.
As visualized graphics, each poster represents situations delivery workers face during work. Posters convey messages to customers and show respect to delivery workers in each different quote.
Each sticker represents different challenges delivery workers face during their work.
The research revolves around understanding delivery workers, The working conditions and their thinking process about the situations they face every day. Delivering the concept of respecting the delivery workers in our community, by understanding the problems, people can change behaviors to consider safety and show more respect to them.
