RESOURCES
Environmental papers contain between 30 and 100% post-consumer recycled content. Virgin material is sustainable sources and FSC certified.
ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Environment Papers are FSC certified for sustainable forestry practices and Green Seal certified for a minimum of 30% post-consumer recycled content. Neenah invests in Green renewable energy and manufactures without chlorine. Neenah partners with SmartWay to increase efficiency in transportation.
HUMAN HEALTH
Neenah’s 100% post-consumer recycled products are made without chlorine. Bleaching with chlorine produces toxic dioxins, which persist in the environment and can cause cancer, developmental, and hormonal problems in those exposed at the manufacturing location.
SOCIAL EQUITY
Neenah Papers has an ethical purchasing policy. This ensures that suppliers do not participate in human trafficking, use slave labor, or violate local environmental law and sustainable practices. Neenah is based in Wisconsin, but distributes globally and has locations around the world.
