Shaw’s Patcraft’s Ecosystem are biobased flooring products composed of up to 50% vegetable oils.

RESOURCES
EcoSystem bio-based collection is a PVC-free construction made from rapidly renewable resources and contains no ortho-phthalate plasticizers. Patcraft has a return/reclamation program which uses any plant plant resistant product as material to be recycled into new products. Patcraft provides shipping and transportation for the take back program making it easier for consumers.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Ecosystem products are certified by the Health Product Declaration (HPD), Environmental Product Declaration (EPD), and Floorscore. Patcraft is also transparent that this product has a carbon footprint of 2.76 kg CO₂/m². All Patcraft products are designed on Cradle to Cradle principles, with 90% of products having the Cradle to Cradle certification alongside other sustainability certifications. Patcraft is also switching to a renewable energy transportation system for shipping as well as switching to using cardboard packaging and phasing out plastic.

HUMAN HEALTH
EcoSystem products also have low VOC emissions.

SOCIAL EQUITY
42% of allowable spend goes to education and small businesses surrounding sustainability.
