100 Percent is composed of fused 100% PCR HDPE bottles and containers. 3form ships on pallets or in protective crates. The company uses minimal packaging, selects easily recyclable shipping materials, and installs a custom crate assembly area to properly size outbound crates.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
During the manufacturing process there is almost no waste as each order is a custom fusing. Manufacturing offcuts are recycled in-house as the HDPE material is 100% recyclable.

HUMAN HEALTH
During manufacturing, HDPE emits fewer toxins than other plastics and because 3form uses recycled material in 100 Percent, the manufacturing process is even safer. No VOCs or carcinogens are emitted during normal use.

SOCIAL EQUITY
3form donates sheets that cannot be used for installation to community projects. They collaborate with remote communities to source handcrafted artisan materials to some of their lines.
