Is a plastic composite material made out of 100% post consumer difficult-to-recycle polymer waste to create high-quality rigid panels. Panels are made from two primary sources; electronic materials, flooring, furniture, and signage.

RESOURCES
The process takes low cost polymers often difficult to recycle and creates panels that can replace products made from metals or higher cost virgin polymers. It is low energy, consumes no water, and does not require additional additives or chemicals. Recycled plastics are crushed and shredded, textiles are shredded into fiber or powder. The blended polymers are heated, pressed, and cooled to create panels. The panels can be drilled, cut, laser etched, or thermoformed.

ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT
Final EcoStrate products reduce waste, and use fewer natural resources. It manufacturing process operates with a low environmental impact.

HUMAN HEALTH
Flame retardants found in the post-consumer plastics are captured, and, provide flame retardance in the new panels without the need for additional additives, this process does not off gas.

SOCIAL EQUITY
The process has been validated by the EPA and California Air Resource Board to reduce Greenhouse Gas emission and offsets. Carpet America Recovery Effort Certified.
